WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE WITH ADENA
Every session with me is unique to the client. Whether the session includes oracle cards, tarot cards, dowsing rods, pendulums, channeling, energy healing, or intuitive coaching, no session is ever the same.
I receive messages intuitively; these often show up in the appearance of guides, angelic beings, ancestors, galactic entities, energetic frequencies, audible communications, feelings in the body, or "movies" (visions shown to Adena).
The space, whether face to face or remote, is always cleared before a session. I only call in the highest guides and angelic beings, and ALWAYS work from the light. I only allow the highest frequencies and messages into the space.
That being said, I do not do "doom" readings or "beware" readings. I do not predict death, nor will I be able to tell how someone may pass in the future (I literally am not allowed to see or feel that). There is enough heaviness on this planet; I will not add to that. However, if there is something to pay attention to or perhaps a situation that may be asking for healing, or a direction that (with the client's free will) may require a shift, I will convey that in a gentle way.
My sessions are designed to inspire, heal, give hope, assist with gentle guidance, and aide those who want to remember who they are or what their "mission" in life might be.
Many people often ask about events in regards to timing. I can see or feel the timing and direction it is going at that moment. However, this is not an exact science, and here is why: the client's energy or decisions or choices by those who may be part of the situation may alter the timeline.
My readings are often very accurate, but know that the accuracy, again, is in that moment. Next week it could have a different timing outcome. This is because everyone has free will. And I cannot and will not interfere with free will.
Healing sessions can be done in person or remotely. Energy goes where it is needed, and results may even, for some, be felt almost instantly. Distance has no bearing on the efficacy of the healing.
HOW TO BOOK A SESSION WITH ADENA
The best way to contact me to book a session is via email. Often, when I'm recording or with a client, I'll have the volume off on my phone. Simply send a message regarding your interest in a session, and I will reply with open dates and times. In order to hold your spot, the full session amount is required. If the entire hour is not used, the unused balance will be refunded. Please see our full Booking Policies here. Sessions can be in person, via telephone, FaceTime, Facebook Messenger video or audio, and coming soon, YouTube live via a private channel.

$180/hour (Private 1:1 Session)
The Heart Coherence Ritual is a deeply nurturing 60-minute one-on-one healing experience, offered in person or virtually, designed to help you release guilt and shame around receiving while opening your heart to abundance.
