Scheduling Policy (Effective 1/1/2025)

To request a reading, healing session, or attendance at an event, please email or text Adena with your request. Adena will review her availability and respond with potential dates, times, and pricing. (Please give me 24 hours to respond.) Sessions start at $180 per hour, and full payment is required to confirm and book the appointment. If full hour is not used, refund will be issued for time not used. (Payment via credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay)

Cancellations

 

If client cancels 24 hours prior to appointment a 25% non-refundable booking fee will be applied, with the remaining 75% refunded to the client.

 

For events lasting two hours or more, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with further details provided in the Event Contract.

Beginning in February 2025, a monthly schedule of personal booking openings will be posted for clients' convenience. These policies ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients. Thank you for your understanding.
